DOT'S DIARIES 2010

Monday 20th September

Had a mega good ‘Alphabet of My Holiday’! Got up to ‘J’ (so I’m STILL one behind Annie but going to catch up. It’ll be my secret race!)

‘G’ is for ‘Gastronomique’ which is what they put on the outside of a restaurant in France if the food is really good. (Funny how many words I am now getting in French, even though Mrs R said I didn’t have to, just could if I wanted.)

‘H’ is for Hotel – the Auberge des Pompiers where we stayed on the way. Told about how it was run by M. Herbrand who use to be a fire officer (which is ‘pompier’ in French.)

‘I’ is for ‘I’ had a good time, and told about my faves, especially meeting Brassens the donkey!!

‘J’ is for another fave animal at our cottage – Julieta the goat. You could put your nose right up to hers and then suddenly go “BAAAA!” and she’d “BAAA!” right back, REALLY loud!
