Mum got us up REALLY EARLY today, aarggh! Told us last night we were going to have a ‘Big Garden Clear-UP Day’ and we had to start early.

We’ve only got a little garden, it’s only 20 metres long, but there’s a lot of STUFF in it, specially tomatoes. Mum’s grown loads and she’s given lots away to Picky next door and Tracy over the road etc etc but we’ve still got FOUR big bowls in the kitchen. They’re little ones, really juicy and sweet.

She only got Dad up by taking away the duvet and he was all grumbly at first but she made him come out and work cutting things and clearing up in his pyjamas! After a bit though he made one of his Full English Breakfasts for us and got dressed and felt better.

Then he set himself one of his targets, wants to fill TEN black bags. It’s nearly dark now but he’s still out there!
