Mystery artist even more mysterioso! The exhibition at ‘Paintscape’ our local art gallery had a ‘Private Viewing’ of her paintings today, that’s when you invite special people to come and see all the paintings before everyone else can go. And WE got an invitation from the lady we helped after the flood happened, to say thank you. Her name’s Portia d’Ambini (cool!) and she’s really nice. We went at 7 o’clock even though it was a school day.

There was wine and juice and Chinese ‘Dim Sum’ (yum) and nibbles. A reporter from the ‘Messenger’ came and the Mayor and quite a lot of other guests. There were LOTS of pictures there from our mystery artist including the one of us – wasn’t quite the same really so looks like the painter did more than one.

BUT he (or she?) has asked NOT TO HAVE HER (OR HIS) NAME anywhere. So the paintings are just signed with a Z. WHO WHO WHO?????
