Exci-TING!!! WE might have a clue about who lives in the mystery house!!

Mum found it in ‘The Messenger’ our local paper (Dad always calls it ‘The Wrong Message’ ‘cos he thinks they put news stories in the wrong places, and true, sometimes something really interesting is kind of hidden in the middle of adverts for carpets and cars etc. Like when someone found this really old car worth thousands of pounds BURIED in their back garden!!)

BUT sometimes it’s really useful. BE-CAUSE tonight there was a little advert about an exhibition at ‘Paintscape’ our local art gallery. It said ‘Painting by Neighbours - An Exhibition of Paintings and Drawings from Where We Live’ and it had a picture to show what you could see and it was the one of US!!! That we found on the gatepost of the mystery house! BUT didn’t say who the artist was.

Mum was really excited, she’s going to go and find out tomorrow!
