REALLY difficult drawing the Wright Brothers plane for history homework. Looks just like an old fashioned kite, well that’s what Uncle Ron told me, he’s come round with Nan for supper tonight. Says he used to fly one of those on Boxmoor Hill which is near us when he was a boy. Said it was the best feeling ever the first time it really took off!

Anyway he helped me by showing how if you draw something like that across the paper (he said “at an angle”) you can make it look 3D. It was quite hard doing ‘Orville’ Wright standing next to it, he was one of the brothers, ‘cos I’m no good at faces… but I put a hat on him and gave him a big moustache and goggles so that helped.
