Had a really interesting day today… John took us all down to his studios, they were mega-cool. He records commercials for radio stations and makes videos there as well. His sons work there too, they’re called Tim and Tom (like that!) and they know how to do all sorts of neat stuff like video editing and sound effects.

John was making a radio commercial about a holiday centre called Forest Woodlands World, where you stay in little houses called chalets (it’s a French word, you say “challays”.) Sounds fun ‘cos there’s loads to do there. This actor from London was reading the words, he was called Russell Beauchamp and he was quite old, Dad whispered he used to see him in films when he was small so he MUST be old.

Anyway, Russell had to pretend to be an explorer as if he’d just discovered Forest and Woodland World. It was John’s idea. It was funny. Russell had to say… suppertime!
