Finished ‘What I DON’T Like About Snow’, asked Dad. Could have done 60, well maybe 16 ‘DON’T Likes’ afterwards:

I got two more which were:

4. It makes your hands cold when you’re playing snowballs.
5. It gets on your shoes and on the carpets and makes a splodgy mess which Mum doesn’t like.

So I only needed ONE more!!! Instead Dad went:

1. The spade makes a horrible scraping noise when you’re cleaning it off the path.
2. It half-melts AND THEN freezes overnight and is even more slippery.
3. It spoils your shoes.
4. It means you have to wear wellies to work.
5. Which means you have to take proper shoes as well – big nuisance!
6. It falls down your neck from trees. (????)
7. It stops aeroplanes flying.
8. It blocks up the roads.
9. When you’re trying to scrape it off the pavement it makes a horrible noise.

Etc…etc… ETC!!! Think I’ll go for No. 3!
