Found out what happened to Mrs Rudman, how she hurt her wrist, Betty her secretary told us. When it was all snowy and icey Mrs R saw a man in a car in Rawsley Road who’d got stuck outside Coote’s the chemists, his wheels were just going zrrrrrrrrrrr like Wilhelmina’s did and he couldn’t even drive away.

So, typical Mrs R, she decided she’d help and was pushing him and the car still wouldn’t move but then SUDDENLY it did and he drove off and Mrs R fell over. And it was bad ‘cos she put her had down to save herself and that’s how she broke her wrist.

But the worst thing was, the STUPID driver just drove away and left her!! So SELFISH!! Wasn’t even going to stop to say thank you!! Luckily a first-aider from Coote’s saw it happening and came and helped.

Understand now why Fred was talking about what he’d like to say to that man!
