Saturday 16th January

Everything’s melting and everywhere’s so WET! Went to the park with Wiz and Dad and Dad sad “Think we’d better put our wellies on!” and we did which was lucky. TYPICAL Wiz, he specially wanted to go where all the water was, read somewhere spaniels were water dogs, he totally is!

He went splashing through all this mud and was filthy in about FIVE minutes (which was OK really, he needed a bath anyway.) Then there was this kind of lake in the middle of the park where it dips, it was so deep there were two seagulls floating on it!! Wiz went zooming in to chase them and he could only just touch the bottom. They flew away, didn’t get anywhere NEAR them, and then he came out and it was big shake time right next to us so we got wet AND muddy!

Then it started raining just as we got back so it’s going to be even wetter!
