Did maths and English homework and then tried to answer e-mails in usual way but NO GOOD! Then Dad came home and said “Right – let’s call Zapotek!” who’s our computer superhero who can fix everything.

Tried and tried but kept getting voice mail which sounded like “Dis izz Zapotek. Blease leave massage on phone, I come you back quigly!” which Dad translated as “This is Zapotek. Please leave a message and I’ll call you back as soon as I can.”

THEN he called back, Dad put on speakerphone, and just as he was saying he was coming there was this scur-reeching nose and a big thump like someone jumping on a cardboard box. Dad was worried, he went “Zapotek are you OK?” and there was this big pause and then Zap went “I hab krashed car. Can’t come tonight, very sorry!”
