Sunday 10th January

The Sabretooths had a special game today… five-a side in the sports hall at Fraser Hill Sixth Form College which has a mega new sports hall that you can use on Sundays. They were going to have an away match against the Diltington All-Star Aces but their pitch was covered in snow, so was ours, so they decided to have an indoor game instead.

Mum and I were TOTALLY pleased ‘cos we were dreading standing out for hours in the freezy cold weather!!

So everybody in the main teams could have a go, they all changed round at half-time! They picked each “half-team” by taking bits of paper out of a hat. I had to hold the hat and shuffle all the pieces of paper – there were 10 pieces, 5 saying “First half” and 5 saying “Second half.” Different hat for each team. Whoever didn’t play the first half played the second.

It was a draw, 5-5 which is quite funny!!
